Can't upload or email photos

December 25th, 2013
Is there a trick to emailing photos (where to put caption (subject or body), how to place in proper album, etc...)? I've tried up playing from Dropbox, emailing and troubleshooting on Android. Anyone else successfully working from an Android or able to advise on email uploads?

@donnatron hi Donna... welcome to 365 :) i don't upload via email very often, but as i recall, when you click on "upload" from the menu bar on top, you get an email address... you would send your photo to that address... then come back to the 365 site and when you are in the "home" screen, there should be a message saying you have uploaded images ready to organize... you click on that and it takes you to the page where you can add the caption, do a bit of write up about the shot, add tags, etc... if you are an ACE member and have 3 albums, then you could also pick which album to upload to as well...

hope that helps... others who do this more often will eventually come around to respond... just that things are a bit slow today with it being Christmas and all :)

As far as I have found, the subject of the email becomes the title of your upload, but there isn't anyway to add the caption or tags until you are in 365 itself.

Sometimes it can take a while after you email the image in for it to appear.
