I've recently got a new laptop with windows 8 and I feel unable to install photoshop. When I finally get to install it I find out that it doesn't work. I'd never had problems with photoshop until now that I'm using windows 8.
Does anyone know why is this happening and how could I fix it?
I will be interested in reading the answers to your question. I am going to be buying a new laptop soon and it will have Windows 8. I have Photoshop CS6 and I really don't want to have to go the online route and pay a monthly fee for Photoshop. I'm pretty sure that Alexis @abirkill will be able to answer your question.
Good luck!
Hi Paul, Photoshop CS4, that's the one I used in my old computer. Maybe it's too old for windows 8 but I've been reading on the internet and many people have problems to install cs5 and cs6 too. :/
@steampowered Thanks again Paul! Yes I actually checked the compatibility and that's why I don't understand it. It's exactly what you said, there's a lot of people on the internet with the same problem.
I'll try again, just in case I did something wrong when installing!
Thanks so much!
