Canon EF 40mm f/2.8 - help

Hi

I'm interested in buying the Canon EF 40mm f/2.8 but just want to check it will fit my D500. Will it?

Any advice would be great (not massively technical in the terminology dept!!! Thought best get that out there early!)

If you look on Amazon, and select a lens, there is a feature to determine whether it will work with your camera.

I've this lens-it's small,comfy and very light-- love it better than my 50mm f/1.4.--- have no clue if U can used it w/ ur D500? btw,am shooting w/ t3i-here's my recent image from this cool lens.@lbjefferies

great lens, very sharp...especially considering it's price. If you mean your 500D then yes it will fit. Your camera can mount any EF or EFs lens canon makes, as well as a slew of third party ones.
