HI Folks! It's been a while since I have hung around here, I have missed you all! there were times I did just pop in and out to see all the wonderful art! Surgeries and a bum arm have kept me away from my camera so there hasn't been much to post from me.
Anyhooo...I will tagging along on hubby's business trip to London July 12. It's been 7 long years since I have visited this wonderful city and I am so very excited to visit again.
The days I will be on my own, poor hubs will be working :( but I will be very happy to tube it all over town. So I need some advice. Other than the obvious tourist attractions where do you think I should visit?
I saw that there was a meet up I missed last week, I am so sad I missed it. If anyone is around that week I would love to meet up. I am tagging you miss Miss Emily because I would love to see some of your artwork 1st hand if at all possible! @houdiniem@projectx. Also Mary because I saw you mention you might be over that way @catwoman2
Can't wait to start putting together my itinerary!!
Oooh well I'm sure I could find some time for you Dawn :). -'ll send you message through fb. Not sure what internet connection Mary has whilst she's here, I met up with her last year.
Hmm...thinking not to much into the obvious tourist attractions :3 My 2 cents:
-Camden Market/Lock & Spitafields Market
-Regents Park (Espeically Queen Mary's Garden which has lovely flowers)
-Convent Garden (I like the performers)
-Ranelagh Gardens situated in Royal Hospital Chelsea. (so peaceful and calm!)
-Horse Guard's Parade
^_^ I hope you have a lovely time in London and have fun!
@technicolourflash@brigette awesome suggestions thank you! @darylo how fun would that be?
I am getting very excited and trying to plan my days out now!

I like how brighty coloured Neal's Yard is near Covent Garden http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neal's_Yard
I descovered Brick Lane Market for the first time on my last visit - some of the street art is great http://www.visitbricklane.org/#/brick-lane-street-art/4537674490
I also like the Albert Bridge and its warning to troops sign on it :-) its very pretty lit up at night and then the near by Battersea park fountains also make for a good photo op http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_Bridge,_London http://www.wandsworth.gov.uk/info/200073/parks_and_open_spaces/266/battersea_park/2
Wishing you a great trip
