What exactly are favorites? Like when I look at another person's page, I can click fav...does that make their picture popular? Is it a bad thing if you don't have faves? Sorry, Im kinda still a newbie so does anyone mind explaining? Thanks(:
@aisleenmenezes There are pictures on the popular page that don't have any favs, so I don't think that's the case..I think adding a favorite just means that you like the picture a lot so you add it to your list of favs. And while it's always nice to have people fav your photos, it's not a bad thing if they haven't. Different kinds of photography appeal to different people, so not everyone is going to fav a picture. I think that the "views" are what matters, because they show how many people took the time to click on your picture and look at it. :)
I ad favs to mine if I love someone's photo or if I see something I would like to try myself. The I can easily find them again when I want to see them. I do think favs ad into the equation when it comes to PP but are not the ultimate, just part of it. I know with my own photos the one with the most favs is at the top of my list even though there is one below it with more views and comments. It is not a problem if you choose not to fav anyone's photos
@aisleenmenezes
If you "fav" a photo,you automatically violate international copyright laws,thus being monitored by the Federal Bureau of Investigations and warranting Interpol to violate your privacy by any means possible.
...just kidding :) You "fav" a photo that you like. I am very selective about "fav"-ing photos,but you can basically do it to all the photos that are on this website.
@spaceman , I want Interpol to violate me.. and as its so crappy here at the moment I want to get deported, so if you can think of a couple of ways to achieve that, please let me know!!
