Last Sunday I went on the best street art tour of Shoreditch. It is Joe's own small business. He is an ex actor and artist. His knowledge is varied and superb. He explains history, turf wars, difference between wheat paste, street art and graffiti. He shows you small installations and subtle art you would never find and takes you to some amazing large stuff too. He is witty and engaging and the three hours whizz by.
Can't recommend him highly enough. I have taken over 500 photos and learnt so much.
I have taken my own wandering in the area before but would never have come across the variety or context without the tour .
