Help!!

April 21st, 2015
Hi all! My friend has arranged for me to do photos of the children at a local preschool. I'm far from a professional so have no idea how to present the photos to parents (it'll need to be online) and how to arrange for parents to make orders etc. I'm also not sure where the best place to get orders printed would be, I usually use photobox but realise that the quality probably isn't good enough (in in the UK!)

Does anyone have any advice on how to do this please.

Many thanks

Could you not just sell the digital images and let the parents sort out printing? We always buy the digital image from our school photo sessions then we can use the image on Christmas letter heads, print a few for the grandparents and email it to those who live further away :) You can print out samples for them so they know what they're buying but they don't need to be top quality. Hope that helps!

Yep sell just the files and let them sort out the printing.

Much easier and you find most people want to do that anyways.

There is a bit of work to setup the online store. i know mine took many months to really understand it.

www.BrendanMaunder.com then click off the menu on the left.

People can view and purchase off the site.

What you can do is put up watermarked image onto google drive and get them to send you the file names, you can then send them a paypal invoice and when paid email the images.
