I've come across so many photographers on this site that I have been absolutely blown away by. So many have inspired me... and I just wanted to share 3 in particular that I feel you should take the time to enjoy. They have some reaaaallly amazing pictures that are definitely worth a second look. If you aren't following one
I was AMAZED to find that ERIN HENRY was only 15. I was going through her pictures and couldnt believe the talent I saw.... she has a ton of really gorgeous pictures... here are a few of my favorites from her:

JEFF GOODRIDGE is certainly a gentleman worth following... I really enjoy his pictures and think many of you would too. Not only is he great at taking pictures... but he is very kind and encouraging as well.

TAMMI OBERG is another photographer I feel is for SURE worth mentioning... she has some really great portraits scattered within her project along with a ton of other really great shots. Here are a few that I really really loved and picked out from her calendar:

I like this thread so much, I hope you don't mind if I add 3 that I think people should follow as well...
First is my cousin, TERRI CAMPBELLl. She's the reason I even jumped on this site to begin with. And though she's family, I swear I'm not being biased. With no formal photographic training, she is by far one of the most talented people I know. She taught herself to do these amazing things she does. And all her shots are sooc, to boot. Here's a few examples of it:
Another is JILL MONTES, wow. Her tones, her crisp, yet desaturated look has inspired me from day 1. The reason my pics have become the way they have become began with her.
And then, of course I can't miss ALISON BRADSHAW. She told me once I was her inspiration, which made me laugh since she really is mine. :)
Great idea to call attention to some new photographers on here! Here's several I've Followed this past week whom I thought started out their Projects quite nicely!
@lauren211 Very true. Just recently I had commented on Erin Henrys photo saying that she is possibly the *best* point-and-shoot photographer on 365. Her photos are amazing.
@d77 - I didnt even know she only used a point and shoot camera!! all the more mindblowing!! wow... like I've said before... the talent here is endless...
OH MY GOSH! Lauren, thank you sooo much! i was just wondering why i got 15 more followers in the past 3 hours. haha this really means sooooo much to me! And you have the most AMAZING pictures I think ive ever seen! :)
@lauren211 Wow. Thank you so much for your kind words! I feel so very flattered that in a place where there is SO much talent you chose me to point out. It means so much coming from someone who is SO talented. Your work amazes me daily. You truly made my day!
And I have to agree with Amy Hughes (who is also one of my favorites) that Terri Campbell is awesome! She was also the person who got me started on 365. = )
@clarissajohal Thank you so much for mentioning me! I very much appreciate it and am having such a great time with my 365 project so far. That is mostly due to interacting with all the great fellow photographers such as yourself :)
there are defiantly some amazingly talented people on here, give me inspiration and something to aim for..and at time makes me want to smash my camera to bits and never take a photo again!!!! hahahahah
@rg37 - hahahha I DEFINITELY know what you mean.... dont ever do that though Richard... because your pictures and captions TOGETHER are enough to make me laugh ;) you have a great sense of humor... not everyone has that.
