My parents have put a lot of personal time and effort into helping a local homeless couple secure reliable housing. Will, Sherry and their dog Bear, have been approved for a low income apartment and are expecting to move within 30 days. The immediate need now is help with security and utility deposits.
I know a lot of us have been through some things - unemployment, homelessness, accidents, sickness, etc. - and how hard it can be to ask for help during these events.
