Help with GIF

October 18th, 2016
I'm trying to upload a GIF into my project and for some reason when I upload, it is showing as the last frame only and does not animate when clicked.

I have checked it in my photo browser and it works fine, so I don't think it is a problem with the GIF itself.

I have created the GIF in photoshop, and tried to keep it fairly small at only 440kb.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

that is a very small file so my usual response doesnt fit! it should animate on its own 365 page, you dont have to click it per se... Mike @mikegifford had this problem with one of his as well , it was only showing a thumbnail when uploaded which i think was a setting in photoshop we couldnt find, but i managed to remake it eventually on my computer from scratch.
I recommend shrinking the images before making the gif, rather than resizing the finished gif.

@deborah63 Did you remove the GIF? I can't seem to locate it.

@mikegifford I did remove it Mike. Despite seemimg to work fine viewed in my browser, once I uploaded to 365 it just sermed to upload only a small lortion of the image and not play.
I did yry to rebuild it, only to have the same problem.

@deborah63 @deborah63 I didn't really get to the root of the problem, but when I changed the background layer it seemed to work and I have now uploaded to my page. To say I'm perplexed is an understatement. Thanks for you feedback anyway
