I was thinking today about how much the project means to me - but also that this is such a great community of photographers. I was looking at other shots from people who live in or around Portland and thought we should all get together.
We could do a photo walk or just meet up at a coffee shop. I'd love to hear stories of how people decided to start their 365, where they are from, favorite themes, shooting styles, gear, etc. I have never gone on a photo walk and primarily take my photos alone - it would be nice to change it up a bit. Maybe even exchange some of our favorite photographs with other 365ers.
When you think about it, it's pretty amazing what we are all doing - fascinating really. We create art and make images every day that thousands of other people can see. We should get to the know each other!
Let me know if you want to do this, and let's get some ideas on when and where.
I don't know who else is. I have seen a lot of pictures for Portland and surrounding areas but think you are the only 1 who I have found actually in Portland. There have to be more though.
I'd love to meetup with some photographers in Portland.I'm just out Side Portland near Molalla. We should meetup for coffee in Portland on a weekend or evening when we're all off work.
