It briefly worked for me just now -- let me verify date and add tags for pictures I uploaded over a week ago (and wasn't able to do more with); but then I uploaded more pictures and it's back to the same behavior. when I get to the organize page, I just get a blank page. What I don't get is why it works for some folks. It's obviously not fixed yet, in any case.
Mine's fixed. The basic uploader finally worked and cleared the problem. It's on the HELP page, under MORE>> in the top right corner of every page. I think it's about half way down.
Huh, I've seem to run into the same problem now. How do I fix this? My organize page is completely blanked out and I can't even get to it by uploading a new picture.
Mine worked AGAIN, briefly (different page on which I found the "you have stuff to organize, click here"), but then after confirming those dates and entering about half the info, it suddenly thought I was done, and now I can't get back to organizing new photos I just uploaded. (The ones I was finally able to organize I uploaded a couple days ago; for me the issue must not be size...) very confusing.
Same here. Mine worked a couple of hours after my previous post here and was able to save the 2nd batch of pics that was in the organise page. But when I uploaded a 800kb file, I get a blank page again.
I had to enter my description 3 times before it would finally save. And mine was an iPhone photo, so not huge. But at least I was finally able to save.
My organise page is still not working. I posted on the GetSatisfaction community yesterday and still have not heard anything. How did you guys get this problem resolved?
