Lightroom not CC version

Is it still possible to purchase LR 6 with a perpetual license from Adobe? It still seems like you need to pay monthly for it. If I purchase from B&H, I only get two downloads. I only get concerned about having to reload software in the future and not being able to get it.

I bought Lightroom 6 on cd from amazon. I see it is still there for $149.

I bought it last year, they still do the regular updates.
