I can't see my second album

I have recently returned to 365 and since I last used it my photos have been removed. I had two albums and am still told I have two but I can't see or manage the second, or even remember for sure what the second one was called. Does anybody know why I can no longer see the second album? I wanted to upload a photo to it for the theme competition

@bagpuss I think you possibly need to be an ace member to see more than one account HTH

Thanks. That makes sense, though under Manage Albums it still says I am entitled to two albums. I was an Ace member once so perhaps something has become confused somewhere

If you go onto you account you can contact Ross there and he will know if your albums are still able to be restored to you as an ace member. Welcome back!!

How long have you been away from 365? I think there is time limit on inactivity, at which time space will be recovered. Look at some of the old blog post and you will see lots of missing pictures because the accounts have expired.

update your ace membership and you should be able to have it back
