I am really struggling for ideas today, the photos I've taken just haven't turned out how I would like. As I write this I'm on the bus home from work. Whilst sitting here I thought to look at objects in my bag to see if inspiration hit.

Whilst studying a sprite bottle from different angles a man made to take the spare seat by me, saw me looking oddly at a drink bottle and moved away. I expected some benefits from this project, extra room on the bus was not one of them!

@emmar84 LOL! I did get a funny look from my neighbor earlier when I was lying down on my belly in the front yard. He just kind of frowned and walked past.

@emmar84 lmao... I've put off any new people trying to move in next door by pointing my 70-300mm lens over the fence...little did they know I was taking macro shots of dew drops! I've also had quite weird looks in various locations...! Great isnt it?!? :)

I had pulled over to the side of the road to try and get a picture of some long grass. . . . I had car after car pulling over next to me to see what I was taking pictures of. . . think they were afraid they were missing something good. ...

It's good to know I'm not the only one who is looked at as if they're somewhat unstable. It probably didn't help that I didn't have my camera out whilst examining my bottle/notepad/keys...

Last week I was trying to take a picture of a ball bouncing down steps. I stopped to let a guy walk down the steps. He instead stood at the top and said "throw me the ball."

@rddaisy that would be interesting.

I find it interesting how many people stop and look at what I'm doing. It's like they haven't seen a photographer before.

@emmar84 LOL, I find having some sweets set up, camera on a tripod and customers walking into the shop is good for the REALLY weird looks and a few comments too!

BTW got to go - doing something with jelly beans today ;--)

@pete21 I suppose runing a sweet shop you can use say you take after Willy Wonka both in your products and personality!

Each day I try to anticipate what the sweet of the day is, I thought today might be jelly beans!
