The Picmonkey option is still available on the details section associated with each image. When you click on it you are diverted to a page telling you that you need to sign up to the new version which does not use Flash.
I did this.
But I can't seem to find a way to upload from 365 to the new Picmonkey. I'm not interested in using it for anything else, just for the occasional edit after I've uploaded an image to 365.
I would be very grateful if anybody who has managed to make it work could please share their secret. :)
ross has actually solved that problem by allowing ace members to replace their posted photos with the revised or corrected version without losing the comments on the original photo.
all you need do is go to 'edit this photo' icon below the photo narrative. once you are in the "Edit Details' page, scroll down to just below the photo and you will see "Replace Photo" and there's a button that says "Choose File" and it will bring up the folder in your computer where you have your photos. choose your corrected photo and scroll down to the very end of the page and click on the green save button. the end. 😊
p.s. i don't think anybody is using picmonkey now from this site.
FYI:
It requires flash and Adobe Flash is not supporting it any more.
"Adobe Flash Player EOL General Information Page. Since Adobe no longer supports Flash Player after December 31, 2020 and blocked Flash content from running in Flash Player beginning January 12, 2021, Adobe strongly recommends all users immediately uninstall Flash Player to help protect their systems."
@larrysphotos Thanks for your reply Larry - I had totally forgotten to remove flash! I was trying to use the new version of Pic Monkey that you get diverted to. It doesn't seem to be much use to us though - no way to move your image from 365 to it and then back again.
Vikki @summerfield had a really useful piece of info about how to edit after uploading. Thanks for your reply. :)
@homeschoolmom@kjarn Hi Lisa and Kathy - thanks for your replies. I agree with you - it was pretty handy and easy to use. Vikki's info up above looks really good though.
Cheers Rob
