Photoshop DVD download prob!!!

Hi 365ers! I have a Lumix G2 camera and have been sent, from Panasonic, a gift pack which includes Adobe Photoshop elements 9 & Adobe Premiere elements 9 dvd's to install but when i try to i am asked for a serial number which, as it came in a gift pack & not in the software box, i don't have. I contacted Adobe who are unable to help. Does anybody know the number or where i can get the number as at the mo i can only install the trial package not the full software.
Really looking forward to trying out some editing but getting a bit frustrated.

You have trial versions only not full licence with serial numbers. You will have to purchase these to use the programmes after 30 days are up.

You can install and use for 30 days as a trial though.

Theres 2 options , to install trial or full version! But full version is the one i need a serial no for!
Will try Panasonic.
