Computer programmers sometimes put surprises into applications called virtual Easter Eggs. I wondered if anyone put surprises in their pictures. In this photo below I am partially hidden. But what are the products on sale behind the shutter...?
Post your pictures below if you have any hidden surprise offerings.
And here is a virtual Easter Egg to try in Microsoft Word... type the following text anywhere and press [Enter]

Originally the programmer just did it for fun and to show off thier programming prowess. It is in the style of the real-life Easter Egg hunt. You can find out more about Virtual Easter Eggs here... Virtual Easter Eggs explained on Wikipedia
Microsoft have now acknowledged this one and actually developed it to do various things. You can look that one up on their site - it has a real purpose. It generates random text for layout work etc, particularly for design work. In the last two versions of Word you can try...
=lorem(5,5)
Which generates random pidgin Latin text for infill work in page layouts etc. This is one that graphic designers, printers and typesetters use a lot.
There is also a pinball game in Microsoft Word - another Easter Egg. Lot of applications have Easter Eggs - look 'em up on Google.
I've seen Easter Eggs that reveal cut scenes, or additional info in DVD's of movies and heard that they could also be found in various video games, but didn't realize they were in programs like Word as well. What a curiosity.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say it is a toy store...Based on the observation that the bikes look like children's bikes and the 2nd (full) row down 3rd circle to the left looks like the little green monster from yo-gabba gabba...then again I could be wrong =) Look forward to finding out.
This thread reminded me of something I watched on t.v. a while back, wish I could remember details better but it was about computer chips or something inside the computer having hidden images on them that you could only see under a magnifying glass or microscope??? Anyway, I love knowing that there are "hidden" things all around !
also did the word thing - what is the reason behind that hidden feature lol

Congrats to all those who spotted it.
