There are probably a lot of men participating in 365 but ....having had the conversation with my husband taking the time to comment and follow others does not seem to be a priority to him. He is fine with flying under the radar, women on the other hand seem to have an innate ability to forge into the social connection, networking, talking and commenting very easily.
Men are from Venus Women are from Mars thing.................
indeed, if you've ever read that book, it pretty clearly (almost spooky, BTW) explains some differences in men and women. Women are MUCH more into social connections, talking, ect. on the average. there are, of course, exceptions to everything. Based on the comments I see, I'd say there are more women on 365, but that could just be a perception.
I know I commentt on photos and I see a small handful of some other men that regularly comment. But HANDS down women win on commenting on photos way more then men do. Plus women normally have more positive things to say.
Could it be a disconnect... men see something and they are like SWEET nice photo but don't type that, instead question or comment in a way that they learn something or try and help.
women see something and they are like SWEET nice photo and type that, because it helps the photographer feel better, which is equally as important in a social setting?
lol.. good answers, personally I just think 365 has more lady members
I agree with Jordan, Perhaps the men need to get in touch with there feminine side more & speak to there fellow snappers .... even if it is short & SWEET ...
Murray don't be looking up your kilt too many times it can get drafty mate ..
Maybe there seem to be more comments from females because a lot of the photos on here are flowers, kitties/puppies, and babies and a lot of females tend to comment on those vs males.
IDK.
I notice Murray and Richard and a few other males comment on a lot of people's photos though.
