I just got an iPad and was wondering what Apple apps people recommend to take and edit photos. Also, show me some of the photos you have taken and edited on your iPhones/iPads. Thanks!
I would say about 1/3 of my project is iPhone 4, 1/3 is Nikon and the final 1/3 is Nikon shots I have edited on my iPhone. Stop by and browse to see. As for apps, here are my favorites:

There are of course loads of apps out there and many of them offer the same kinds of effects but some of them work more efficiently than others, some retain higher resolutions than others and so on. These are the apps I find myself going back to over and over again though I will often edit with more than one app to build and shift effects.
There is one that's really fun called toonpaint, it turns your photos into cartoons that you can colour yourself. It's not so "artistic" for editing, but it's really fun and my kids get a kick out of seeing themselves as a cartoon.
I would have to add in slowshutter and pano are must haves. I am not a hipstamatic user but iris and dynamic light are great.
I decided to play with my apps on my phone to show what they did.
top left is Pano (easy to use)
top middle is Tiny Planets
top right is MPhotobooth which is really fun
bottom left is Dynamic Light for that HDR look
Middle is Color Magic (free version) for selective coloring
Bottom Right is TiltShiftGen (fun but I think the colors can become unreal)
Snap seed is my favourite at the moment, but I also like Filterstorm and fotoforge2
