Negative scanners?

Can anybody suggest a good negative scanner that will work for both 120 and 35mm negatives? Good brand, or model?

I've been looking around for a while to try & find a decent slide scanner to archive all our old family photos.
I've come to the conclusion that you get what you pay for, and though there are cheaper options out there, they would be wasted money in the long run.
I'm probably looking at something like the Plustec 7400 or 7600 models here: http://www.warehouseexpress.com/scanners/b3098
Reading the reviews, it looks like a slow process though!

I have used my regular scanner and then "flipped" or inverted the negative through Picnik. :)

Depending on how many you are going to scan, Costco does a decent job on slides and negatives. try to get them in on a slow day, if you can, they seem to line the slides up between when they are not rushed. Which means there is "cardboard" framing to the image you get back.

@missyrosebee @byrdlip What?! How awesome to know how to make do with what you have, Missy! I will try this, for sure! And, thanks, Mr. Byrdlip, that is great info, as well. :)

I use IMAGEBOX and have had great success with it. It does photos, slides and negatives. Not 100% sure where we bought it, but I think it may have been BJs wholesale (which is similar to Sam's Club and Costco).
