Hipstamatic Photography

October 29th, 2011
I know that there is an app for the iphone to create hipstamatic photos. I however, do not have an iphone. So my question is; does anyone out there know how to create a hipstamatic effect on photoshop elements and/or picnik? Please any help would be very much appreciated!

I think this is a rather fun site. Kinda gives you that same feeling the Hipstamatic app does, and it's nothing you have to download. :)

@jjefferies
I googled "how to make photos look hipstamatic" and found this. http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/video/getting-the-hipstamatic-look/
I do not have photoshop elements, so I can not say whether or not it works for sure.

It's a lot easier to buy a Holga and a roll of film... just sayin'. And a lot more unpredictable and less "factory" looking.

@hmgphotos Yes I'm aware it doesn't look natural :( it IS my first attempt. I'm certain I will perfect the technique in the future.

P.S. I love shooting with film, but I don't have access to a darkroom anymore... So I try to work on my digital skills lol
