Lightroom Presets Help.

Mac & Lightroom people Help!!! I have a preset I was trying to download for lightroom 3 (it was off the adobe site). The downloaded file's extension is .irdata it said i dont have the program to open it. Ive tried to find the program I need but really dont know what im looking for. Ive searched and searched the internet to figure out what im doing wrong or what im missing, but I couldnt find anything. Any suggestions?

Also, im using a Sony A580 and im trying to figure out how to achieve Soft color high key processing (my camera doesnt have that creative style on it.) and couldnt really figure it out in light room, any suggestions would be great. This is what im trying to achieve again (this photo was completely accidental.)

Try this.....

1. Download the preset to your Hard Disk

2. Open Lightroom and go to the Develop Module

3. Right click over an existing preset and choose "New Folder", give the folder a name

4. That folder will now show up in the presets, right click on the new folder and select "Import"

5. Browse to where the selected Preset is, click OK and that should then import.

Hopefully that makes sense?
