Have you done any fast shutter speed photography lately? I want to try more with light bulbs, eggs, fruit, etc. I would love to see your images for more ideas and inspiration.

Love your pics @mackena. I don't have any fancy equipment like sound triggers etc sigh...one day :) All of these were "luck shots" taken in my kitchen.

@momsta Michelle, I love your images. The top one is amazing!! How the heck did you do that?? Just awesome!
I never used a sound trigger, just kept working on my timing when my hubby threw the dart.

@sudweeks Josh, your balloon photo is SO cool! I wanted to catch the balloon skin as it peeled away, but just couldn't get the timing right. The glass image is a great idea as well. thanks for sharing!

I haven't played with water in a long time - but these are from earlier in my project:

I just started getting into this and I LOVE it!

The top three, I used a sound trigger connected to my flash. The one below was just my camera on a tripod capturing a firecracker explode

@russianblue Your water drops are surreal looking! So utterly amazing!

@onarom Dale, I love your first image. That was what I was trying to achieve - to get the balloon skin to be mostly there. It amazes me that we can catch the water holding its shape while still suspended!
It actually was your ornament image that got me inspired. You did such a great job of this. In fact, I went and bought some ornaments to give it a try.
Can't believe you caught a firecracker. When my husband and I were first looking at it, we thought for sure it was fireworks. Awesome!

@simon0128 Love this image! I think next time I will try a sharp pointer rather than trying to throw a dart and get the timing right. Thanks for sharing.
