ENTRY TIME IS CLOSED!
Time to pick the finalists hmmmm...!!!
Make sure to note the entry dates... Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (February 1 - February 4).
This is how it works:
Go to the "Browse" section and then to the "By Tags" page. Close your eyes and pick a tag. Do it again (no peeking) and now you have your assignment! You can now take one picture that encompasses your two randomly chosen tags! Please clearly state the name of the two tags that you picked when you post your entries so we know what your assignment was.
You may enter this four-day challenge from Wednesday February 1st to Saturday February 4th until midnight GMT. Entries must have been taken and uploaded during these times only! Entries outside of the date range will not be accepted. Don't know when midnight GMT is where you are? Me either, I like whomever's idea it was to post a link to find out, GMT is the white line in the middle:

Tag your entries as "tag-challenge25" so I can find them, and feel free to share them in this thread so everyone can see!!
I'll choose 5 finalists and voting will begin on Sunday February 5th. The winner will be announced Monday February 6th, and then hosts the next challenge!
Thanks to everyone who voted for me last week, it was my first win, yay! I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with this week.
As an example, this was my entry for my random tags I picked, 'Camera' and 'Self Portrait':

Ok I just tried to see what I'd get this time, And I got off kind of easy again, 'Colorado' and 'Summer' haha...I just so happen to be in Colorado & tho it's not summer that can't be too hard to fake. Nothing very creative is popping into my head tho, hmmmm???

question - do we have to use the same tags for the course of the 4 days or can we switch things up and each day get new random topics
I picked ice and metal for my tags -- too easy for here in Maine -- in the winter!
I don't want this photo as part of my 365 -- can I pick a different day (from last year, since I just started a month ago?) Can I delete it after I enter the challenge? How does that work? @tamsg4
@mainebrighteyes I thought of that, but I don't have a wreath. Thought about just sticking the leaves to my door. This was easier, and I could walk away and not clean up!

@mainebrighteyes Well I'm certainly no expert I've only been around here a month too lol, but yeah I think you can put it in an old slot & delete once it's over!
@tamsg4 -- I just did anyway, LOL (I put it for the this day, last year!) Thanks! Can we do more than one? I might want to try more words, cause the ones I got weren't too much of a challenge!

Urban Woods
This photo was taken (and I almost missed it!) for the Tag Challenge XXV. I picked the tags PURPLE and WOODS. I had a couple of ideas in mind, but would not be able to do them until Saturday and that is a very full day for me!
As I went about the Art Walk tonight, I saw so many beautiful things....and took various photos. One art gallery had a fabulous display in the window of purple light on broken glass and white ceramics. After we picked up take out Thai, we were in the car heading home. We passed the library and I have been wanting to photograph it during the day....but the street is always so busy! I just *had* to circle around the block. I really liked the RED light streak I saw....and when I got back around, it was GREEN! Then BLUE! and THEN PURPLE! I had my challenge!! The etching on the glass is a "play on woods" here; books and/or trees/woods, especially since books used to be trees.....books are Urban Woods. Processed Trees.
@tamsg4 -- I did add it, because I had typed in the wrong thing (apparently) before. I thought putting it in this thread was also entering....LOL, did I tell you before how new at this I am?!
