This is the thirty-fourth official Monday of this challenge!
This is a competition that starts on Monday and lasts the whole week. Make a self-portrait every week, based on a new theme.
The new theme will be posted on Monday.

This last week was all about holding. Jani M picked the winner and it's Katy ( @grammyn ) with this fun picture with a double meaning:

It was such a fun and creative challenge last week! I loved how we all showed different interprations!

This weeks selfies must be based on Katy's choice: Stretch!
She said: "I think I would like the new theme to be stretch. It can have many different interpretations and since one of my goals on 365 is to stretch myself outside of my comfort zone it seems appropriate. One could show someone physically stretching or something being stretched or the results of stretching for a few examples."

I think it's going to be a long and longing challenge!

And this weeks selfies are again also date-restricted. You only can take and post them until late Saturday evening or Sunday morning, depending on where you live! Then Katy will pick the winner and he or she can choose the new theme for next week.
