This is the new photo for the competition. I took it when I was just learning to use my camera, so thought it would pose a bit of a challenge for you folks that want to give it a make-over
How to enter WWYD 52
-Save the photo on your computer and edit it any way you'd like.
-The photo you edit must be in one of your albums to count for entry.
-To be considered you MUST TAG your PHOTO “WWYD52” in the tag section when you upload it.
-Remember that posting your photo in this discussion is OPTIONAL. :)
-To load your image to this discussion, go to your photo, copy the "share" code to the right, and paste it here.
-Multiple entries are fine.
-Contest starts now (May 1st) and will end Tues May8th, 2012 @ 9:00 pm EST Finalists will be announced Wed May 9th for voting
This is not a competition for a gold medal…it’s a challenge…a personal challenge to tap into your artistic growth…to celebrate your own creative genius.
Each entry is considered a win and let’s celebrate each other’s editing growth…challenge yourself and be challenged to learn what others can do. I entered this contest for the first time and won, with zero editing skills, just watching a utube video on how to cut and paste images. A combination of photoshop elements and pic monkey got me a win! (I am very flattered by the way, and never expected it). Remember being nominated and winning is symbolic and a way to pass the photo torch so we can move on to the next adventure!

@newbie : Thanx ;). I accomplished that with the distortion tool (I love that one ;)) in photoshop. Here is another one created entirely with freeware:
