Open the photo and at the bottom left there is a small link called "share". Copy and paste that link into where you would post a reply.

When you add a photo there is a theme spot. Example: This weeks theme is corners. You would would put theme-corners in that box. Also this a helpful link. http://365project.org/discuss/general/9968/getting-started-guide-for-new-users#comment-308299

If you want to enter a theme or competition, you need to tag your photo for that particular theme. The tag box is at the bottom of the page where you load your photo
