I have noticed on a few shots that I get light shadows or some weird shading in the back ground. I was wondering how to reduce this when i shoot or do i need to remove it with editing software?. All comments appreciated is it just me or my camera? You can see it clearly in the portrait

Cheers

Looks like shadows from your subject.

Try moving her away from the wall a bit. The shadows will be lighter and probably would be out of frame. Depending on where the light source is, the wall might even go dark if the model is closer to the light than the wall.

Or if you have a flash or a lamp, any kind of light, shine it on the wall (place it behind her pointing at the wall).

Pretty easy to remove in software - clone stamp, painting with a solid color, or selecting the background and blurring it strongly.
