So, I searched through the message board, and could only find one topic similar to this, but to hell with it, we all love a show off..
This week I did a movie-style mock up (thanks for all the awesome comments folks :D)
Can you guess the film? :P
I was wondering if anyone else had tried out any film re-creations? I've seen a few posts of people struggling for ideas - maybe give this one a go, this was loads of fun - might try something more adventurous next time.... Jurassic Park? :P
I have done shots from films but not actually trying to recreate as you have.
Luckily working in London I could spin round and shoot a building that has been in a film or on TV :D
Recently I went to 'Shanghai' in my lunch break to shoot a building from the same angle as it was in Skyfall :D
I posted this yesterday, I have a competition for a book or theme title coming up at my local camera club, I want to have another go as I know it's not perfect but I'm kind of getting there, can you guess the title?
I want to do a shot from the movie Death Proof. I will be amazed if many people know it. Its one of my favorites. A guy I work with has a car just like it. Just have to convince him to go along with it. :)
@melaniesavage Cool! I think that's a good way to learn, to redo something you've already tried and weren't quite satisfied with. It's a great photo concept, so I want to see it when you're done!
