As the winner of the mundane-screw challenge it is my pleasure to be the host of Mundane-Challenge #15!
The mundane theme was started by Aaron @grizzlyghost, for those of us who may have lost inspiration. He suggested we take an ordinary, boring object and start shooting it. Turn the ordinary into the extraordinary!
The mundane object for this challenge is going to be the button.
You are free to use any photographic technique you like to capture this everyday object. The only rule; there can be no question the object of the challenge is the star!
You have from now until the end of Friday, May 3rd to get your photos. I will post 5 finalists for voting on Saturday, May 4th. Please TAG photos "mundane-button" and feel free to post them on this thread as well. The winner gets to host the next challenge.
The following is a list of objects used so far for the challenge: toothbrush, screwdriver, veggie peeler, bar of soap, scissors, electrical plug, paperclip, jar, language, cardboard, toothpick, hex key, hair comb and screw.
Below is my shot. I look forward to seeing what you all come up with. Have fun.
@swguevin Congratulations on winning the Abstract Mundane-Challenge. Button is the subject for Mundane Challenge #15.
and, believe it or not, my 6th shot ever posted on 365
So glad I took this photo, it brought back memories of a forgotten loved one.
My button collection is anything but mundane! How I survive Mondays!
