Very pleased to announce the new object for the mundane challenge. I immediately thought of this item because I have too many, at times it seems I need several more, though I would like to eliminate using them entirely!
The mundane theme was started by Aaron @grizzlyghost, for those of us who may have lost inspiration. He suggested we take an ordinary, boring object and start shooting it. Turn the ordinary into the extraordinary!
The mundane object for this challenge is going to be...
...the plastic bag!
You are free to use any photographic technique you like to capture this everyday object. The only rule; there can be no question the object of the challenge is the star!
The Challenge officially starts July 22 and runs through to Sunday July 28.
Any entries which do not fit the time frame will of course be admired but unfortunately not accepted.
Please tag your entries mundane-plasticbag
Feel free to post your entries onto this thread as well, as to enable inspiration for others!
The following is a list of objects used so far for the challenge: toothbrush, screwdriver, veggie peeler, bar of soap, scissors, electrical plug, paperclip, jar, language, cardboard, toothpick, hex key, hair comb, screw, button, key, coin, ballpoint pen, shoe, and glass.
Awesome @tracymore .. I just wasn't sure if you could alter the plastic bag.. Ive been struggling with my photo mojo this week so the challenges are def helping x
@ikamera Definitely that works!
Basically, if it's flexible plastic and it is (or was) a bag it qualifies, and I'm fine with leaving that open to interpretation.
Really scratched my head with this one - so this was a proper challenge! Great idea for a mundane item too so particularly wanted to participate :)

Click on the pic for explanation that I'm still sane, just having a bit of fun. :-)
