As the winner of the last mundane abstract challenge, I'm pleased to be hosting this week's challenge. Thanks to Tracey @traceymore for hosting the last challenge.
The Abstract Mundane Challenge runs parallel with the Mundane Challenge, using the same object as chosen by the host of the Mundane Challenge. However, there is a distinct difference between the two. For the Mundane Challenge, the object must clearly be “the star” of the photo and recognizable. For the ABSTRACT Mundane Challenge, the object should not be immediately recognizable - it should be far more abstract.

The Lightbulb was chosen for the Mundane Challenge this time around, that will be the item/object we will be using as well.
Our Mundane Abstract Challenge starts today August 27th and runs to Wednesday Sept. 4th. The five finalists will then be announced at some point thereafter for voting.
