I was the winner of the last mundane abstract challenge, and I am very happy to be hosting this week's ABSTRACT challenge. Thanks to Deb @deburahiru for hosting challenge #24.
The Abstract Mundane Challenge runs parallel with the Mundane Challenge, using the same object as chosen by the host of the Mundane Challenge. However, there is a distinct difference between the two. For the Mundane Challenge, the object must clearly be “the star” of the photo and recognizable. For our ABSTRACT Mundane Challenge, the object should not be immediately recognizable - it should be far more abstract.
The original thread for this idea was started by @mabelkitty.
Toilet Paper was chosen by @northy for the Mundane Challenge. The first documented use of toilet paper in human history dates back to the 6th century AD, in early medieval China. This mundane item of antiquity is the item/subject for our weekly challenge. If you would like to know more about this mundane item, you can check out this wikipedia post:
The challenge officially starts today Sunday, September 8th and runs through to the end of Sunday September 15th... on Monday the 16th I will pick the five finalists for voting...
Please TAG your entries ABSTRACT-TOILETPAPER and feel free to include them here also.
The winner of the challenge will be the next host.
