Thanks to Brian for hosting challenge 24. This is the first challenge I have won since joining the community at the beginning of this year and feel very excited and honoured to have done so. There were so many great entries and I am very grateful to those who voted for mine.
Let's get started with #25. For those of you who need a refresher or have never played, this is how the challenge goes:
1. Go to Wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page) and hit "random article" on the left. The first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your musician(s) or band.
2. Go to The Quotations Page ( http://www.quotationspage.com) and hit "random quotes" on the left. Scroll down. The last 4-6 words of the very last quote on the page is the title of your album.
3. Now go find a photo that fits your album! (Remember covers are usually square.)
4. Use your favourite editing program to create your cover.
5. You can use any image of yours for the album, old or new, but you must use your own images.
6. Enter your album(s) in the challenge by tagging it with “albumcoverchallenge25”
The challenge dates:
From: Sunday March 16th until midnight (EST) on Saturday, March 22nd at midnight.
All entries must be posted between now and then.
There's no limit to the number of entries you can make; just be sure to tag them as instructed above.
On 23rd March I will choose the top five entries for your voting. The entry with the most votes wins, and the winner gets to host Album Cover Challenge 26.
You can share your entries with the rest of us by posting them on this thread, but don't forget to tag then as well with “albumcoverchallenge25”. Have fun! Can't wait to see the entries!
