I love these album cover challenges, so without delay lets get started:
This is how the challenge works:
1. Go to Wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page) and hit "random article" on the left hand side (it's a link near the top). The first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your musician(s) or band.
2. Go to Quotations ( http://www.quotationspage.com) and hit "random quotes" on the left. Scroll down to the end of the page. The last 4-6 words of the very last quote on the page is the title of your album.
3. Now go and find (or take!) a photo of yours that fits the album name and artist(s). (Remember album covers are usually square.)
4. Use your favourite editing program to create your cover. You can use any image of
yours for the album, old or new, but you must use your own images.
5. Enter your album(s) in the challenge by tagging it with “albumcoverchallenge29”
The challenge time frame will be May 8th-May 18th, so your entries must be posted between those dates, there's no limit to the number of entries, just need to be between those dates, voting will begin on the 19th. And feel free to share your pics by posting them to this thread.

Ok, so I think they're changing their quotes page around, for now the best I can get go to wikiquotes.com, on the top left beside the search bar, there's 3 lines, click on that and hit random, sometimes u get a random quote, sometimes an article, but just keep doing that until u get a random quote, I did it 5 times, twice I got random quotes, it's the best I got right now, unless anyone can figure something else out, but give it a shot; I would love to see your entries:)
Maybe it was a glitch or a browser thing? The site does work properly with me.
