Current 6 word story challenge?

June 13th, 2014
Dear Project 365-ers,

I cannot find one anywhere on the boards. The last one I can find (6 word story #9) was started at end of May and the last vote was cast June 9. I don't see a "winner" announcement for 6 Word Story #9.

I am asking because I have several photos I am about to post for 6 word story, but as i often do, I am out of sync with the challenge dates.

If you find a current 6 word story challenge, will you please let me know?

Signed,
I spent alot of time writing 6 word stories for no reason (sigh)

I can't find the thread stating the winner, but it was definitely won by Mike Gifford @mikegifford with his fabulous photo of playing cards superimposed over hands. I haven't seen a new one for #10 yet.

Yes the new one was posted on 8th June (ending 16th June) by Mike Gifford :-)

For some reason the themes/competitions are falling under the Discussion tab and not te Blog tab. There is no order in the Discussion section so you have to make note of the posting dates.

This is prompting me to make a suggestion to all who run themes/competitions to really use the Title Line to it's best value! The best way to start a discussion that involves a theme is "name of theme/challenge" and "number" and then followups include "name of theme/challenge" + "number" + "reminder" and then for voting the same with theme, number, "vote" added. I've emailed Ross @scrivna and I've mentioned it a bunch in threads because it should not be sooooooooo difficult to find themes and challenges. Please Ross, can we run something new for this section of the site? Even if it meant a "form" you can fill out so people are consistent and the challenges are easier to find?
