Thanks also to everyone who voted for my photo. I was very surprised to win, as I did not even realise at first, that this is a competition. So thanks again, you made my day.
I’m not the urban type, and find it difficult to choose a new city. As contrast to an old European city like Venice, I opt for iconic San Francisco. Show us the legendary views, but also the beautiful secret places. I hope with this choice, a lot of you can play along.
The theme will run from 13 September until 21 September. So you have a full weekend in this timeframe, to go through those archives and choose your favourite San Francisco images. Post as many photos as you like and use the tag City-San-Francisco. I will choose my favourite images for you to vote and the winner will get the opportunity to host the next city challenge.
I can't wait to see the pictures. And please share them in this thread (optional) so everyone else can enjoy them too.

Apologies in advance for entering/posting too many San Fran pics, but I was thrilled to see it was the new city challenge. Went there a year ago for the first time, and thought it was one of the most interesting places to take pictures!
