The mundane object for this abstract challenge is LENS.
You are allowed to use any photographic technique you like to capture this everyday object as long as the lens is the star.
Challenge starts now and ends January 9th (midnight GMT) after which finalists will be chosen and posted for voting.
You may enter as many photos as you like, provided they are taken within the time frame of the challenge. [Note added 1/11, after end of challenge: Past abstract mundane challenges have included a 'no double-dipping' clause, stating you can must take different photos for the regular mundane and abstract mundane and can't submit the same image for both. I failed to include that in this one, but am mentioning it now in case you are looking at this as a template for a future challenge.]
