This may help some people with ideas, it certainly helped me. If you are having trouble thinking of a theme or stuck for ideas, you could get some friends to think of a title for a picture. They are not allowed to tell you what they interpret that title as and then it is up to you to think of something and produce a picture that best represents that title. You can then compare your friend's thoughts to see if you came up with something similar. This is fun and encourages you to be more creative.
I think "Time on our hands" is very clever! You should use that. :) When I choose names for my photos, I try to think of something that will enhance the photo. Whether you agree or not, the title has a big influence on what viewers think of the picture.
That's a great idea! Why not make a list of titles or get people to suggest some and put them all together on a thread and people can do all or some of them? Like a challenge or something.
@adysmiles Hi There, i just had a quick look at your phobia theme and i think it was realy great. I look forward to following you, and maby learn somthing. Thanks for the tip, i will ask my son for some titles for me and see what happens.
@adysmiles This is something I have done. I have a friend that is doing a 365 word journal. She gives me a word that she loves and I interpret it...I did pieces after she gave it to me. And I nailed it. It was exciting to see that we were on the same page.
Take a look at my example - the suggested title was 'Time On Our Hands"
