Composite Challenge 42

December 19th, 2021
Thank you Nick (@nickspicsnz) hosting the last Composite Challenge. Thanks to all who participated, and those who voted. I'm humbled to have won this challenge. Now on to #42.

According to Nick, Wikipedia describes compositing as “the combining of visual elements from separate sources into single images, often to create the illusion that all those elements are part of the same scene."

If you've done this before you know it can be fun and each time one does it, it seems to get a bit easier (all those layers!) Spend a little time with a post - processing program.

Some on-line (YouTube) tutorials are:
For Photoshop users try this Plearn tutorial https://youtu.be/fOgtJH4aGFo (I love how Aaron makes learning so much fun.)
For On1, try this video: https://youtu.be/a8kh7a3kbUs

For the Composite Challenge here on 365 you must use at least one picture that is completely yours but you can blend in other images, such as stock images, stickers or transparent gifs if you so choose.

*Please keep in mind that should you use an image that is not yours, it should be licensed as free to use for any purpose.

You are very welcome to enter as many times as you wish but only one entry from any contestant may be chosen as a finalist.

The challenge details:
Start date: December 18, 2021 (EST)
End date: December 27, 2021 ( I promise I won't check until sometime on 12/28//21)
Tag: composite42

See entries here: https://365project.org/tags/composite42

If you've done it before, you know how much fun it is and how much you learned doing it. If you haven't, try it. You never know how much fun it is.

@koalagardens Since I just posted the winner, I'd wait until the next challenge is posted and tag it for that.
