Many thanks to Chris @cdcook48 for hosting 117 and thankyou to those who voted. I was again surprised to find myself the winner. As before there is no need to re-invent the wheel so the following description/information is more or less what has been used for previous challenges.
Placing photographs in a collage is a powerful way to present thematically connected images. A carefully considered and well-designed collage gives your images a power that they might not otherwise have when viewed individually. Theme is important and as I was racking my brain for a theme, said to myself I need to get my thinking cap on – I came up with ‘headwear’. You will need to arrange 6 photos on the theme of anything that could be worn or placed on your head (or anyone else’s head!) You may use photos from your archives or take six specifically for the challenge but they must be photos taken by you.
Your collage can be any shape, but MUST contain 6 photos.
Photo collage making apps that are popular include PhotoCollage, PicCollage, PiZapare , PicsArt. Picmonkey, Ipiccy, Befunky and Moldiv. You can also use free web collage makers, and PS users can use Adobe's online collage maker.
Feel free to post your collage in the thread below as it inspires others, showcases your entry and keeps the thread active.
The start date for this is 8th January 2022 ( Starting date doesn't really matter here because, for this challenge, you can use pictures taken before the official start date.)
The closing date will be 27th January 2022
One final thought. It is sometimes better to have a theme running through your collection of images, rather than just a random collection. I think this might be quite a difficult challenge and I know I wouldn’t have photo’s already taken to complete a collage …..so I am now going to see what I can come up with myself. I do hope you will have a go – it is fun. I think you can be quite creative with this and I think there are many possibilities of what you could do. I am eagerly awaiting to see what you come up with.
