Very few photos again today sorry - so no need to comment. This is one of my favourite breakfasts - certainly at this time of the year. Persimmon and feijoa, topped with some coconut yoghurt and a sprinkle of nutty muesli. Yum!
Mine too only we don't have those fruits. I could buy some though. Also some coconut yoghurt - is that the dairy free one? Not that I'm dairy free - indeed, the opposite!
@jgpittenger I love feijoa, it is so delicious. It doesn't store well so that is why it is not commonly known outside of New Zealand. It is hard to describe the taste but although green on the outside, it is creamy inside. Smooth but slightly gritty (in a good way), sweet but tart at the same time, somewhat aromatic. Maybe in taste a bit between a pineapple and a guava, although it is hard to describe because it is very distinctive. Others may be able to describe it better than me.
