I didn't actually take any photos on 9 August, so this is a photo from the next morning. 9 August was a very full and emotionally draining day as it was the memorial service for our good friend who died in Canada in a light plane crash four weeks ago. Our whole family attended, and there seemed to be hundreds there that I knew. An amazing service for a well loved and well respected man.
I spied this view when I looked out the window early in the morning.
