This is my youngest daughter and her boyfriend just before she went in for surgery. She required a bone graft and plate in the sternum after having undiagnosed tracheal bronchitis 6 years ago that has resulted in arthritis. A bit crazy having three of my children have major surgery in only two months! Happy to say the surgery went well. Will be at least three month recovery time though. I had to con them into this photo (using my iPhone) by saying how much I thought their eyes were similar in colour!
Oh my gosh Delwyn that would have to be one of the most strange and rare conditions! Wishing your granddaughter well for her operation. And yes, they do have similar coloured eyes.
Before I read your commentary, I had noticed how alike their eyes are (and how gorgeous they both are, too). What a year your children are facing, but now hopefully they will all recover quickly.
