Shag on a power pole

On my walk at Opua on Wednesday I spotted this shag. I guess he felt quite safe because he didn't bother flying off as I walked underneath. It is a very old and obviously unused power pole!! On my way back the shag had vacated his perch and a heron was sitting there!
