I often cook Mexican at home since our visits to this fabulous country and its people about 50 years ago. Not sure if it is still the same ;-)

Been too long since I've had REAL Tex-Mex food. No one does it like Texas and that's a fact. We have Mexican restaurants here but the food does not have the spices in it that I tasted in San Antonio. Beautiful shot!
