The pictures I took today did not impress me so I searched through my old ones. This was taken during the summer. I enjoy taking pictures of old abandoned buildings.
I like old barns and sheds. Abandoned homes in my area have a tendency to be old farmsteads (simple, utilitarian structures) or newer, more modern buildings left to rot. In either case, they don't have the character of your 'derelict'.
