This is a part of the national forest. Over 17,000 acres of this beautiful forest was burnt in the Waldo Canyon fire. Even though this is not the area that was burnt it is part of the Pike National Forest.
I remember your earlier photos of the areas affected by the fire. it has certainly taking a long time to regenerate. looks like an amazing part of the world.
