It is forbidden to introduce dogs to the beach? In which case, do we have a serious offender returning from her beach walk with the dog?

@kali66 @helenhall lol! The signs say: it is forbidden to park, to camp and to introduce dogs on the beach, two of which prescriptions apparently boldly violated!
